I have conducted employer-employee mediations in various contexts. These include, most prominently, court-connected mediation programs in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York as well as mediation programs sponsored by administrative agencies, such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the New York State Division of Human Rights. I also served briefly as a mediator for the United States Postal Service, and I handle cases on a private basis.
