  • spoke to US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit "CAMP" (Civil Appeals Mediation Program) mediators about mediating FLSA cases in the district courts;

  • spoke at ABA Labor and Employment Section panel on mediating wages and hours cases;

  • appeared on NYSBA Dispute Resolution Section panel on “Judicial Initiatives to Break the Gridlock [in the Courts]: Focus on Mediation;”

  • spoke on panel at NY County Lawyers Association on ethics in alternative dispute resolution;

  • appeared on panel sponsored by the Pro Se Office of the US Court for the SDNY for lawyers interested in pro bono representation of  plaintiffs in employment mediations;

  • spoke on panel at NYC Bar Association on closing the deal in mediation;

  • conducted training for EEOC investigators on using mediation techniques in settlement and conciliation conferences;

  • spoke on panel at ABA Labor & Employment Section meeting on the art of ADR advocacy;

  • spoke at NYCLA on Attorney-Client Fee Dispute Resolution program;

  • presented ethics component of commercial mediation training program sponsored by NYSBA;
